My name is Ralph Markus Rickenbach. I first am a son of God, then a husband, father, programmer, and teacher in the body of Christ. Find my contact information or my church below, or follow me through any of these social networks.

A Teacher's Page

What am I doing as a programmer?

For a day job, I work as a software developer at a small company in Wetzikon, producing scientific and business software in Delphi and Java. I am responsible for all web sites of our church network and troubleshoot our pastors' PCs. I also help Christian churches, works, and individuals in need of a simple web page.

Where do I worship?

My church is Lebendiges Wasser Ministries, Winterthur. Our vision is to finance the body of Christ worldwide, to invest ourselves into the next generation, and to help people find and grow up in Christ - to disciple them.

What is a teacher?

The teacher is very well described by what God says about Levi in Malachi 2:5-7:

My covenant with Levi was to give life and peace. I kept my covenant with him, and he honored me. He stood in reverent awe before me. He taught the truth and did not lie. He walked with me in peace and uprightness. He kept many out of the ditch, kept them on the road. It's the job of priests to teach the truth. People are supposed to look to them for guidance. The priest is the messenger of GOD-of-the-Angel-Armies. (Mal 2:5-7 MSG)

So then, every Torah-teacher who has been made into a talmid for the Kingdom of Heaven is like the owner of a home who brings out of his storage room both new things and old. (Mat 13:52 CJB)

My thoughts are filled with beautiful words for the king, and I will use my voice as a writer would use pen and ink.Psalms 45:1 CEV

And the teacher is the early rain, the former rain, the rain braking open the ground for sowing, an archer pionting and aiming the arrow in the right direction (from morêh: early rain, teacher, archer). The teacher opens the hearts of people, empowering them to grow and come into their calling. Teachers work in teams, complemented by apostles, prophets, evangelists, and pastors to do so.

Therefore I do what Paul called Timothy to do: Proclaim the Word! Be on hand with it whether the time seems right or not. Convict, censure and exhort with unfailing patience and with teaching. (2Ti 4:2 CJB)

And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ. (Eph 4:11-12 ESV)

I have written you worthwhile things full of good counsel and knowledge.Proverbs 22:20 CJB
